Wireless Laptop Printing
Listed below are laptop printing guides for accessing the AT charged printing service, including printers in CIRCA labs.
To be able to print you will need a working internet connection and a valid GatorLink account.
If you experience problems, ask one of the Technology Consultants for assistance. If you are in the Law School or in an unstaffed computer lab, call the UF Computing Help Desk at 352-392-4357.
UPDATE: The printer installers have been updated to reflect the new black and white printers. If you had installed any of the black and white printers before the summer semester, please uninstall the printers and reinstall using the new installers. If you have any questions, please contact the UF Computing Help Desk.
Windows XP Users
To print, you will first need to install the appropriate printer from the list below. Once you have download the correct installation files, you will need to follow this guide which will walk you though how to install the printer onto your laptop.
Windows Vista Users
To print, you will first need to install the appropriate printer from the list below. Once you have download the correct installation files, you will need to follow this guide which will walk you though how to install the printer onto your laptop.
Mac OS X Users
To print, you will first need to install the appropriate printer. You can do this by downloading the AT Printer Installer. This installer is intended for OS X 10.4 and later. If you need guidance, download this guide which will walk you through how to install the printers onto your laptop.
Manually Adding Printers
Some hardware and software configurations may cause the AT Printer Installer to fail. You can use the appropriate guide below to manually add the printers.
Validating Your Print jobs
You must associate your print jobs with your GatorLink account before you can release them from the Print Release Stations. Please select the link that corresponds to the print queue you are printing to. When prompted for a login, use your Gatorlink email address (correct username syntax: gatorlink@ufl.edu).
