UFIT Charged Printing Services

UFIT Charged Printing Services provides UF students, faculty, and staff with the ability to print to over 50 locations on campus from their personal computer/mobile device or UF workstations in libraries and learning spaces.

What can I print?

UFIT Charged Printing offers both black & white and color printing. Large format poster printing is also available in certain locations. Please visit our locations page to see what services are offered at each site.

Where can I print?

UFIT Charged Printing offers printing and plotting services in UFIT Computer Labs,  UF Libraries and at various other locations on campus.  Click here to view all of our printing locations.

Who can print?

In order to use UFIT Charged Printing, you must meet two requirements:

  1. Have a valid GatorLink account
  2. Be an active student or faculty/staff member
How do I print?

UFIT Charged Printing uses a campus-wide system called PaperCut, and a guide on how to use the system can be found here

Print jobs can be uploaded to UFIT Charged Printing for release in three ways. For more information, click the link below:

After your job is sent to the the print queue of your choosing, please visit one of our locations to release your print job

How do I pay? Where do I pay?

Printing charges are billed to your GatorLink account. To view your charges, please visit the visit the Print Charges website.

What do I do if there’s an issue with printing?
